We had ducted aircon installed . The whole process from our initial enquiry through to finalisation of the job was straightforward and pleasant . Cam  and Josiah came to  do some initial set up the day before the main job to make sure everything would run smoothly . They arrived on time and simply got on with the job. After they’d gone there was no sign they’d ever been there except for the newly installed aircon which worked beautifully . Cam and the crew kept us informed as the job progressed through the day . We have been using EIC electrical for several years.  Their team are great - polite, professional, well organised, reliable, respectful of our tenants and they clean up after themselves. I would like to commend your electricians for the great service I received. They were prompt and demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. Every detail was handled with attention and courtesy, and nothing was too much trouble, even my 12yr old Staffy girl wanting to be in on all the action. Steve and his team Luke & Ethan just finished some work at my house, fitting new down lights, changing switches over and fitting a new fan. They were punctual and got through the list of jobs really efficiently. Planning on a second visit for more lighting around the outside of the house - based on some great advice they gave me. Really easy to chat with and they were happy to advise me about various lighting options.
