Safety & Compliance

Yes. We offer thorough electrical safety inspections and energy checks, ideal for new homeowners, landlords, or properties that haven't been assessed recently. We'll identify any hazards and provide a clear report on the health of your electrical system.

A safety switch (RCD residual current device) cuts power in milliseconds if a fault is detected, protecting you from potentially fatal electric shock. Queensland law requires safety switches on all new homes and rental properties. If your home doesn't have one, or it hasn't been tested recently, contact us to arrange installation or a test.

Yes. Queensland law now mandates interconnected photoelectric smoke alarms in all residential properties. We install fully compliant alarms and advise on correct placement and quantity for your home to meet current legislation, important for both safety and property sales.

Queensland landlords are required to ensure rental properties have compliant safety switches, interconnected photoelectric smoke alarms, and are free from electrical hazards. We work with many property managers and landlords on the Gold Coast to keep their properties compliant and tenants safe. Contact us for a landlord compliance check.
